Fees are to be paid in full at time service is rendered. Payment can be made by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We do not bill insurance companies. Instead, we will supply you with a bill containing the diagnostic and procedure codes necessary for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. If necessary, we can help guide you through this process.
